Nothing tinned! Pasta is great, noodles (non pot noodle variety) On our gold expedition I made lentil curry which was great for a different meal than pasta! Also - try? and get food that you can use in a variety of meals such as cured chorizo. I filmed it when ever I could so everyone didn't really know when I was filming and when not which gives a more relaxed look to everyone I supposed - we were quite stressed at times though...

Do you guys do drama or something? 'cause you're all so chilled infront of a camera lol... I'm doing my practice expedition in a couple of weeks, is there any particular food you recomend? because obviously it? should be lightwheight, but I don't think pot noodles for two days will do us that much good nutrision-wise :P x

Getting lost is all part of the fun, just remember, keep calm and don't? get ratty with the person who was responsible for the getting lost, it was an honest mistake! It will probably rain, DofE isn't DofE unless you get soaked!

Did it rain when you did it because i'm doing it next week and it is most probably going to rain but i still looking? forward to it!!! and knowing my team we will get lost :/

Just walking on the expedition although some places will do cycling and even canoe expeditions. Cirtainly contributes to your UCAS form for university. My activities included? dog walking, playing the piano every week at a care home for the elderly and model making.

We did our expedition. For the physical activity part of the award I did "dog walking" - cop out I know... Others did absailing, sailing,? fencing, running, cycling etc....
